Condor's Planning and Permitting staff can assist in a variety of planning and permitting
efforts for a broad range of projects. These efforts include; conducting feasibility and
siting studies; providing baseline environmental information; coordination with key government
agency officials; preparing and evaluating EIR/EIS/EA documents; facilitating the development
of necessary permits; and providing testimony on behalf of the project proponent in public
presentations and hearings.

The experienced staff at Condor Provides comprehensive environmental impact analysis services
to the private sector as well as to governmental agencies. We offer each client technical
guidance throughout the environmental review process, and assist in the avoidance of
potentially significant impacts through coordination with project architects, engineers,
regulators, agencies, and with the development of appropriate mitigation measures.
