Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. offers a variety of support options for our software products in addition to the resources provided on the installation CD.

Our typical response time is within 24 hours. If questions are received on Fridays, our response will be the following Monday (holidays excluded).
Please provide a full description of the problem, steps to reproduce, and any files associated to help resolve the issue.
Direct Phone Support
PenMap® technical support start-up period for new users is provided free of charge for thirty (30) days. This period starts after the first call
or a reasonable length of time following full delivery of a complete system. After thirty (30) days, annual technical support, maintenance
and upgrade fees are $595.00 per year.The technical support and maintenance agreement allows one designated contact person per
organization. Multiple agreements must be purchased if support is desired for several contacts per organization. The technical support, maintenance, and upgrade fees for the first year are
waived upon the purchase of Condor's 3-day Training Program for PenMap® for one designated contact person.
For annual upgrades to the software only, without technical support, the annual fee is $195 per license of PenMap®. This is designed for
customers with multiple installations of PenMap®, where it is appropriate to have a limited number of designated point-of-contact
personnel qualified to receive technical support but still having
upgrade rights to remaining licenses of PenMap®.
While Condor cannot guarantee instant
availability of technical support personnel, technical support calls
will be treated as a high priority; these calls will be answered or
returned as quickly as possible. Customers with current technical
support agreements are entitled to direct phone support from our
expert technicians should troubleshooting be required for PenMap®
software or related hardware supplied by Condor. Warranty issues for
hardware are strictly the responsibility of the manufacturers. Refer
to your hardware manuals for information on contacting the
manufacturers. Before calling for technical support, please review
