Our dedication to the healthcare industry has provided us the opportunity to participate in the site selection, design, and construction testing on some of the largest healthcare facilities in the area, as well as ancillary facilities supporting the medical community. As always, Condor came through for MUSD. We were on a tight time-frame and Condor assisted in being able to purchase the site and save tax payer’s money by getting DTSC approval in a timely manner.
