Condor's inspection services are supported by ICBO, ACI, AWS, ASNT, and NICET certified inspectors and by professional engineers to provide a complete construction inspection and materials testing capability. Many of our inspectors have multiple certifications that allow us to deliver cost-effective, quality service and rapid response to our many clients. Condor's testing laboratories are certified through the National Bureau of Standards and are recognized and approved by the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and the Division of the State Architect (DSA). Condor's procedures, equipment, and personnel qualifications conform to the requirements as outlined in ASTM E-329. All field and laboratory testing equipment is calibrated on an annual basis by an outside agency as part of our internal quality assurance.
