Condor’s Mission Statement is “To provide high quality, professional, geo-consultant services for sustainable resource management and infrastructure development.” At Condor, we define “sustainable” in the context of our business as follows: “The goal of sustainable resource management and infrastructure development is to create an environmentally sensitive, socially responsible, and economically feasible product.” Over the past 25 years, Condor has worked with our clients to create sustainable structures for manufacturing, water delivery, underground wine production and storage, recreation, and commercial, government, and medical offices, as well as “green” educational facilities.
Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. consists of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, environmental scientists, and technical managers providing earth science consulting services and related technologies for a wide range of projects and clients. Condor has been providing these services to both public (municipal, county, state, and federal) and private clients for more than 25 years from four locations in central California. Our accomplishments include significant project work in Agriculture, Wine Cave and Tunneling, Medical and Educational facilities, Water and Utility Districts, Manufacturing and Industrial facilities, Recreational development, Underground Contamination Evaluation and Remediation, and Transportation. Condor often participates in teams with other design professionals and as a subcontractor to larger contractors. Through our GSA contract, we provide specialized technology to federal and state agencies.
